Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair. You can use curling irons, flat irons, and blow dryers, but we recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 350°F.
How long do HALOCOUTURE extensions typically last?
With proper care and maintenance using our recommended hair care products, your extensions can last between 6 to 12 months, depending on how frequently they are worn.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, extensions may only be returned if the security seal is intact and the product has not been worn or tampered with. Please contact support within 14 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location and customs processing.
Can I color my extensions?
Since our hair is 100% human hair, it can be professionally toned or darkened. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening the extensions as it may damage the hair integrity.
