At HALOCOUTURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair transformation. If your extensions are unopened and in their original packaging, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the security seal is intact and the extensions have not been worn or removed from the original cardboard backing, as hair is a hygienic product.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in the original box to prevent damage during transit back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the product to confirm it meets our return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
